Tonight will be a photo walkabout around Pevensey Castle, with a view to getting some images ready for an exhibition on Norman Architecture. Meet at the Castle Car park between 7-.730, there is access to the grounds but not inside the Keep in the evenings. (The outer Wall is Roman and the Keep is Norman) Sunset will be about 8.40pm, and the Royal Oak and Castle opposite the Castle entrance will be open for those needing refreshments once it gets dark.
